Our admission desk may verify and pre-certify your insurance coverage while you are in the hospital. You may be asked for your identity card and policy number. The information on approved insurance company will be available at the Insurance desk.

Cashless facility is available with Star Health Insurance, ESI, National Insurance, Bank of India, kotak Life Insurance, Oriental Insurance and Indian Coffee House Co-Operative society. And the documentation process for other insurance companies will be entertained.

Beneficiary must give their full name (official) at the time of registration.

The patient should contact the insurance desk with their claim number within 24 hours of admission.

Patient should keep all the bills in date-wise order.

Documents to be provided by the hospital in support of the claim

Claim form.

Detailed Discharge summery and all bills from the hospital.

Cash receipts from the hospital or Chemists supported by proper prescription.

Cash receipts of advance payments done at the hospital.

Investigation reports done during the period of admission supported by note from the attending Medical Practitioner/ Surgeon recommending such investigations.

Surgeon’s orders stating nature of operation performed.
